Scope of Work
• Upgrading the electric service from 240V 3Phase Delta to 277/480Volt 3phase, 4wire.
• Providing a new generator with new service entrance rated automatic transfer switch as well as new distribution equipment (panelboards, disconnect switches)
• Replace two gate actuator assemblies 480V, 3Phase
• Relocating the existing electric meter to the new service entrance rated automatic transfer switch
• Provide a new Main Distribution Panel in the Gate Tower
• Provide all new feeder conductors and conduit as required
• Removing and disposing of existing generators
